& what really happened with my morning plan:

I wakey wakied, but I didn’t shakey… right away anyways! This is how it went:

  • Got up and had my new cereal :) low fat Vanilla Almond Special K cereal! (with unsweetened vanilla almond milk & banana slices!)
  • dragged myself from my bed, to the couch and fell asleep again watching cartoons <3
  • woke up again, ate my delish peanut butter lara bar and i-i-i-i-i worked ouuuuuuuuuuut!
My workout April 24:
  • 50 jumping jacks, 20 crunches, 10 pushups, 1 minute wall-sit (REPEATED 4 TIMES, wheww!)
  • Ab routine! 20 crunches, 25 crunches to the right, 25 to the left, 25 lower ab leg raises. 25 bicycles - they get me every time - , 40 oblique twists
  • Arm routine! 5 Lb weights (they’re my moms at home) 25 reps of 3 different lifts
  • ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill
& stretching <3


Now i’m going to shower and spend some time reading The Lucky One on my deck outside because it’s beautiful out! :)
