Today’s workout
15 minutes of speed intervals on the treadmill, arm workout, ab workout, 50 laps in the pool……. Than I had hot tub time! I’m at a hotel :)
todays workout
- about 30 minutes of yoga
- 1 1/2 K walk/run
- 40 squats
- 25 crunches, 20 to the right, 20 more to the left
I really wasn’t going to do anything because I’ve been so tired, I’ve been so emotional, and I’ve been eating so much more than usual. & I’ve been starting to wonder what the point even is..
But than I remembered how much happier my days are after I know I’ve worked out, and reached my potential. Today this was actually my potential, don’t laugh.. It’s a re-start.
Better than nothing. :)
